CAN I TRY ON A DRESS?

yes you can book a try on through the try on page PLEASE NOTE WE MELBOURNE ONLY. we can do some outfits sent try ons which will cost $50 with a return satchel included- please contact us if you would like a sent try on. please note we cannot do some sent try ons for some outfits.

DO I NEED TO DRY CLEAN THE DRESS BEFORE RETURNING? 

No we do it all! all you need to do is wear the dress and return the next day in the return satchel. 

WHY WAS MY BOOKING CANCELED?

As we also hire on different platforms sometimes it can take a couples of days for the information to align with the website on whats booked already! so we will send you an email if thats the case seeing if you may want another item or a refund due to it already booked.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DRESS DOESN'T ARRIVE ON TIME?

If it doesn't arrive on time and its Australia  posts fault and we have sent your item on time we will issue you with a store credit. If the dress isn't back on time from previous renter and we have notified you that you may not get the dress on time we will contact you to see if you may want another dress or we can offer you a full refund. 

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO GET A DRESS THROUGH POSTAGE?

Wednesday is usually last day to make sure your dress arrives on time for the weekend. auspost normally is next day delivery but sometimes can take 2 days. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER ON THURSDAY OR AFTER POSTAGE HOURS ON WEDNESDAY AND IT DOESNT COME ON TIME FOR YOU WE CAN ONLY ISSUE YOU WILL A CREDIT NOTE.

WILL I BE CHARGED LATE FEES IF I DON'T RETURN THE DRESS ON TIME?

yes as soon as you wear your dress you will need to send it back the next day! if we receive it back late you will be charged $30 each day its late.

I DAMAGED THE DRESS WHAT HAPPENS?

we understand accidents happen if this occurs during your hire you must contact us immediately. you will be charge for any specialist dry cleaning and repairs that are necessary. if the garment is unfixable you will be charged for the garment to get replaced. 

 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DRESS DOESN'T FIT? 

you will have to send/drop your outfit back straight away upon receiving it and you will be issued a credit note. valid for 12 months 

HOW DO I POST IT BACK?

simply hand it over the counter at any auspost shop

if you want to put it in the yellow express post box you will be liable if it doesn't get  scanned and is "lost" as then we have no proof its sent back to us and will have to pay full price of the dress. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

we will issue you a store credit if you want to cancel your order. If we have already posted the outfit out please return it immediately for a store credit excluding postage cost.   

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS AND ITS ALREADY BEEN SENT?

you will not be issued a credit or refund and if we don't get it back you will be charged for the total amount of the dress.
