No need to worry... We offer FREE dry cleaning on all hires! All you need to do is wear the dress and return the next day via the return satchel.
As we hire on multiple platforms, sometimes it can take a couple of days for the booking information to align with our website! If this is the case we will send you an email where you can either choose another style or opt for a refund.
A credit note will be issued to your email, simply put in your unique code at the discount code section at the checkout!
Please note your credit note can only be used once and are valid for 12 months.
If you use your credit note and you have a change of mind or doesn't fit you are unable to use again.
Credits can only be used on dress hires not dress purchases.
If we have sent your item on time and it's Australia Posts fault, we will issue you a store credit.
If the dress isn't back on time from the previous renter and we have notified you that you may not get the dress on time, we will contact you to see if you may want another dress or we can offer you a full refund.
Wednesday is usually the last day to make sure your dress arrives on time for the weekend. AusPost is generally next day delivery, however sometimes it can take 2 days.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ORDER ON THURSDAY OR AFTER POSTAGE HOURS ON WEDNESDAY AND IT DOESN'T COME ON TIME FOR YOU WE CAN ONLY ISSUE YOU WILL A CREDIT NOTE.
Yes, as soon as you wear your dress you will need to send it back the next day! If we receive it back late you will be charged $30 each day its late.
We understand accidents happen, if this occurs during your hire you must contact us immediately. You will be charged for any specialist dry cleaning and repairs that are necessary. If the garment is unfixable you will be charged for the garments replacement.
You will have to send/drop your outfit back straight away upon receiving it and you will be issued a credit note. Valid for 12 months.
We supply the pre-paid satchel all you have to do is hand it over the counter at any AusPost.
If you want to put it in the yellow express post box you will be liable if it doesn't get scanned and is "lost" as we have no proof it's sent back to us. You will be required to pay full price for the dress.
We will issue you a store credit if you want to cancel your order. If we have already posted the outfit out please return it immediately for a store credit excluding postage cost.
You will not be issued a credit or refund. If we don't get receive the dress back, you will be charged for the total amount of the dress.
We post Australia wide!
Your bond payment covers you for late fee up to 7 days and minor damages up to the value of $50. If the damages exceed the cost of $50 you will be charged for the remaining amount of the repair and in the case your garment cannot be repaired, you are liable for the full cost of a replacement.
Your bond payment of $50 will be refunded in full once your rental is returned on time and in acceptable condition.
